Dr Rashid is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Burooj Group. He has more than 30 years of solid experience in investment and financial management of strategic projects and development of companies with solid leadership skills. He led many companies from start-up phases to incorporation, growth and divestment.He was selected in 2021 amongst 100 most prominent CEOs of Oman by the editorial board of “Alam Aliktisaad” (The World of Economics) magazine.
Dr. Rashid has been elected to numerous Boards in various private and government entities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters Degree in Construction Management and a Doctorate in Strategic Project Management. He is also a Professional Project Manager certified by the Project Management Institute.
